LAS PALMAS PENTHOUSE

The renovation of this penthouse in the east coast of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria consists on a family house program for 4 bedrooms, an office space for the owner and a large living room with kitchen.
The plan has a large corridor where we included a curved wall and a very carefully treated illumination trying to make the promenade an interesting transition of spaces.
The design is detailed carefully in terms of bespoke furniture, materiality and a layout focused on the amazing views from a 12th floor towards the ocean.
