The QAHCQ Cultural Quarter is a masterplan for a new cultural quarter in the heart of Abu Dhabi. The centerpiece of this development is a historic Fortification that has been evolved over the past 250 years, to allow uninterrupted views of the Fort, QAHCQ will be sunken below the usual city grade. Access to the site will be made via slopes, grand stairs and elevators and will be for pedestrians only.
